"Great location with easy access to major sites. At boat dock so a water taxi was a wonderful option for us too. The apartment was very clean and had what we needed for a comfortable stay."

"I truly enjoyed my stay at the residenza Ducato! The room was spacious, beautiful, clean and well kept! It was located close to everything!! The staff Paola and Valentina were wonderful and very helpful with everything! I recommend staying there and I am looking forward to future stay as well!"

"The beds were the most uncomfortable part of our stay, unfortunately. The room itself was spacious and comfortable for 3 people. However the beds affected our stay a lot, along with the noise. We could hear the people above us. I do have to give thanks to the front desk for being patient with my friend who made a mistake while intoxicated. "

"Please note that the property does not have an elevator. This means we were bringing our senior 65 parents up so many flights of stairs to the top floor. House was mediocre, not the cleanest. Photos oversell the property massively, be warned."

"Property is amazing I would highly recommend staying here for anyone wanting to stay close to Venice only one staff was extremely friendly and polite and the breakfast was amazing would highly recommend staying here"

"Personnel courtois. Une erreur dans la description de la chambre indiquait qu'il y avait une cuisinette alors qu'il n'y en avait pas pour une chambre standard. Il aurait fallu payer 50$ de plus mais la réception de l'hôtel a acceptée de nous le faire au même prix"

"The lady at the desk is super helpful! The room was very roomy and had a washing machine which was great. The hotel is close to the bus station, so you can get to Venice very easily! The hotel is kind of dirty. The trash is piled high by the dumpsters. The gate has a code but anyone can open the gate by turning the permanent key (that you also have to do to get out). The free parking was great, the price is super low, so for what we needed it really does deliver. "
