"It is situated in a historical building however very nicely decorated. The area has many many options. We came to Genoa by train and the location is 11-15 minutes walking distance. If you take the taxi it will leave you bottom of these steps and you need to carry your luggages Apartment’s elevator is on 1st floor so you also need to take go up 10-15 stairs to get to the elevator. "We enjoyed our time in this cozy top floor apartment. It has a nice view of the sea, the church and the fort from a rooftop terrace. Convenient location, close to beach and shops. Small lift in building for 4 floors then two sets of stairs to the apartment. The last staircase is a bit steep and narrow. Bathroom is a tight fit, but has a full shower and nice hot water. Alberto and Nicoletta were very nice hosts with good response to communications and questions!"

"The property is in a noisy spot on weekends. They only give one roll if toilet paper despite being there for 4 days, no face cloths with towels, had to request hand soap. Could not close the shower door as it opens ‘in’ instead of out. A bit frustrating for spraying the bathroom when showering. Tile floors not good if a glass drops, had to ask for a broom and pan to clean up… Location is good for being a tourist at the waterfront although taxi could not find it… it is a remodeled apartment...

"Wonderful apartment in a nice area in Genova. Everything was perfect from the very begging starting with the contact from the office till we were welcomed in by Susane. We could check in earlier and Susane was very helpful. The apartment is newly renovated and very clean. Very nice beds, pillows and blankets.
