"We had a truly wonderful experience at this beautiful, updated home in Italy. The house was spotless and fully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed—Sara left us a thoughtful basket filled with spaghetti, pasta sauce, and a generous selection of snacks, which was such a kind gesture.Communication was excellent throughout our stay. Sara was incredibly friendly and helpful, offering great recommendations for local restaurants and shopping. She even went above and beyond by making a reservation for us at a beautiful restaurant, which ended up being one of the highlights of our trip.The property itself was stunning—modern, peaceful, and very well maintained. Sara made sure we had everything we needed and more. We truly enjoyed every moment and definitely plan to be back! Highly recommended!"

" This B&B and the hosts were absolutely amazing. They deserve 5 stars for their beautiful villa as well as their efforts to make sure you have everything that you need when staying with them. The breakfast included cold cuts, ciambelloni, tortas, nuts, breads, juices, coffee, yogurts, fruits, milk, biscotti, pastries and more. They even made eggs for my wife who is on a restricted diet. Our room was incredibly clean and cozy. None of the fixtures or furniture were worn or shabby and in the evening we could sit on our balcony and look out over the countryside. The owners Sandro and Anna were incredibly kind and informative. They love what they do and they make their guests feel like family or old friends. Sabrina, Martina and Giordano were also incredibly kind and helpful. They made our stay near Castelli Romani as beautiful and relaxing as one could hope. The area is quiet and nestled between Velletri and Genzano di Romano near many farms and villas. Taking a trip to Castelli Romani (Lago di Nemi & Lago Albano) is very quick and easy, as are trips to Aprilia, Anzio and Nettuno. This is a must stay B&B. When we are back in the region, there is no doubt that we will stay at Casale Ansamagi. "

"I was worried initially about staying due to some of the reviews, but I have to say my experience has been exceptional. I took my girlfriend away for her birthday and it was perfect for what I was looking for. Great price, lovely spacious room, own bathroom and shared kitchen facilities. Checking in was so easy as host waited up for us even after our flight was delayed and showed us around the accommodation. Great balcony with lovely views of surrounding area. Train to central Rome is a 20 minute walk away, so easy and in a nice village. There is a lovely lake (Castel Gandolfo) nearby which is stunning, only a 15 euro taxi. Missed the last train home from central Rome, but it was a 55 euro taxi which isn’t cheap but split between two is quite manageable. Overall had a very pleasant time, bed was comfy, room was large good kitchen and shower facilities, all at great value for money and within easy reach of central Rome and only 20 minutes by taxi from Rome Campiano airport. If you don’t mind getting the train into Rome would definitely recommend! "

"The property was great. Extremely peaceful and serene at night. The location is good too, with it being close to Rome. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there. "

"The bedroom was nice and clean with AC and a little tv. The bed a very firm queen mattress placed low to the floor. The bathroom was very small with 2 toilets, a sink with a mirror, and a tall/narrow shower. The used towels and the used toilet paper is restocked daily. They do not speak a word of English. The bedding was not replaced once while staying there for 9 days. The door locks were very difficult to use."
