"Nice room, hairdryer poor kept cutting out and pool shut and no warning and was looking forward to a swim overlooking the colossium but property ideal location and nice hotel with good staff"

"Stayed in a family room, which was a good size and good quality. Didn’t use the spa but it looked pretty expensive. Breakfast was slightly disappointing as there was a lot of options you had to pay extra for. Roof terrace was closed but I guess that’s due to it being early March. All the staff seemed very pleasant"

"The studio camping pod has electricity, its own bathroom and a fairly comfortable bed. The grounds are well taken care of we were there during the off season so the pool and a lot of the amenities were not open. They have a take away restaurant and a sit down restaurant both were very, a laundry on sit which is rare in Italy and a nice amenitiy. There is 24 hour security and a very helpful staff which a majority of them speak English which is a fairly rare thing in Italy. It is out of the city a bit however the bus has a stop about 50 meters away that you can get anywhere in the city it was very convenient. Overall this is a great place to stay the camping pods were very nice and simple and in the summer the resort would be fun with the pools and hot tubs."

"I was very disappointed with my stay. The room was stiflingly hot, and opening the windows wasn’t an option due to constant loud road noise. The bed was extremely hard, and both the room and overall property felt run down and poorly maintained. There was also a nonstop blinking light inside the room that made it difficult to relax or sleep. Service issues added to the frustration. Housekeeping walked into my room at 8:50am without knocking, which was completely unacceptable. When I asked the front desk for a corkscrew, I was told they didn’t have one available — a basic amenity I would expect from any hotel, especially one claiming four-star status. The only highlight of the stay was the breakfast buffet, which was genuinely good. Overall, this is not a four-star experience — perhaps 2.5 stars on a good day. I would not stay here again."

"Water pressure in the shower was great, got hot quick and stayed hot, better than most other hotels. This hotel does have you leave the key at the front desk when you leave the hotel and you show a card with your room number on it to get the key back, I’ve never had to do this before, not sure if it’s common practice but took me by surprise. "

"Clean! Staff are amazingly kind and always gave me hot water to make a bottle of milk for my baby! "
