"Ob der Ausblick nach Gubbio, die Ruhe, der Sternenhimmel, das (Abend-)Essen, der Gastgeber: alles „großes Kino“! Wir hatten das kleine Zimmer zur Wald-/Hofseite, mit breitem Bett, Kühlschrank, kleiner Terrasse, sehr gutem WLAN (man braucht es dort oben!), Parkplatz fast vor der Tür: wir kommen wieder!"

"Excellent Hosts. They did not speak much English which we actually enjoyed as my wife got to try out her Italian. It is a little slice of heaven tucked into the Hillside of Umbria. Lots of extras and the pool was magnificent! If there was ever any stress…Relax Cottage! "

"Mooi verzorgde agriturisme op een geweldige plek! Het ligt boven op een berg met mooi uitzicht. Dus wel even een klimmetje omhoog met de auto. Ruime en schone kamer/badkamer Heerlijk eten, gezellige eigenaren (NL en I) en mooi om ook het boerenbedrijf te zien functioneren (vooral koeien en kippen). Goede plek om de omgeving te verkennen. "

"La struttura si trova immersa nel verde con una favolosa vista sul lago di Cingoli. La posizione è ottima per raggiungere diverse località delle Marche e dell'Umbria. L'ospitalità di Alessio è fantastica. Le camere sono comode e attrezzate ma andrebbero fornite di zanzariere visto che siamo un campagna. La piscina e la palestra sono molto belle. C'è tanto spazio per rilassarsi. La colazione (molto economica) è ricca e di buon livello. Consigliato!"

"Quiet room. Reservation was for 2 people but specifically requested a queen bed and a twin bed. When arrived was told it was for 2 people and one queen bed. Had to show my confirmation of reservation and then was asked to pay 20 euro more. Not sure if this is Expedia's miscommunication or a misunderstanding of host."

"The hotel was absolutely wonderful. If you’re reading this, chances are you’re an American who, like me, knew little about Spello, Italy before booking. Trust me—you won’t regret staying here. While we didn’t dine at the on-site restaurant, it offers incredible views. The location is also very convenient—perched at the top of the hill, it rewards you with stunning scenery (and a bit of a workout getting there). My only small disappointment was that we requested a check-out just one hour later, since our train wasn’t leaving until later in the day, but the staff wasn’t able to accommodate—even when I offered to pay for the extra time. Still, overall, it was a truly lovely stay. "
