"Excellent location- right next to St Marks Square, so a perfect base to explore on foot. Very polite and helpful staff with 24 hour concierge. Rooms were clean and newly renovated. Fresh towels, coffee pods & water provided daily which was great. Breakfast was good too. All in all, great value for money! "

"Building and room were clean, breakfast was cold an not edible, the tall caucasian guy with glasses at the desk was extremely rude. The Air Conditioner in the room did not work so we spent our nights trying to sleep in a room that was between 76-78 degrees at night. We couldn’t change rooms and were not allowed to get a refund to change hotels. If you want to stay at a place that looks good on the outside but the core of the place is rotten then stay here"

The location is perfect - an easy walk to all the places we wanted to visit and lots of great restaurants close by. Perhaps the outstanding feature of our stay was the staff. They were incredible! "I had to find a hotel in Venice with a workout room, specifically a spin bike, and this was one of the only affordable places. It wasn’t in the location I wanted but it turned out to be in a great spot. It was easy to get to from the airport (bus) and it was right next to a vaporetto stop, which took us either up the canal or straight to St. Marks Square. Breakfast was fabulous too, plus they had a nice onsite restaurant, which was handy because we arrived at dinner time and didn’t have the energy to go look for a place to eat. "
