Campobasso itself is a hidden gem. The local shopping and dining were charming, with an authenticity that’s hard to find in more tourist-heavy spots. "The one key for the room policy and the A/C works only if the key is slot. So when you leave to go to the beach. You take your key with you the a/c and power turns off. When you come back from a very hot day at the beach you come back to a hot room and it takes hours to it to cool up again. And to top it all off the a/c unit blows very low. "
