"Reception doesn't work if you don't call before. I booked in the morning and arrive at 3:00 pm, but must wait for owner for 3 hours. The number od phone registered at hotels.com is from secretary inside the apartment and is not always available because there is not always anyone. At first day told me I booked with breakfast, last day told me it wasn't booked with breakfast and thats gift for us."

"We had a great experience at La Lista Rooms. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. They allowed us to drop our luggage in the morning before check-in, gave us guidance on transportation to the city center, as well as a QR code that allowed us to enter the city without having to pay the fee. Overall, the place was very clean and well managed. Only complaint was that our thermostat in the room didn’t work. Otherwise, we had a pleasant stay and would book again. "

"This was a great place to stay for a night while I was waiting to fly out of Venice to go home. Would be a good spot for more than one night. Right at the train station so really easy to pop on over to Venice, 10 min train ride and it was 1.50 euros or so for a train ticket. Felt safe, places to eat are within walking distance. Staff were great and the bed was comfortable. Plus I got a free bottle of prosecco for the VIP perk. That was great! They will set up airport transfer for you but you do have to pay for it. I think it was 40 or 45 euros to get to the airport. I would stay here again. "
