Charming apartment located on a gentle hill about 200 meters from the sandy beach, in a delightful and quiet position, with a panoramic view over the entire Gulf of Marina di Campo, which you can enjoy both day and night from your private terrace. The beach is easily reachable on foot via a path that leads directly to the sea; nearby you will find bars, restaurants, and the town center, which is about 1400 meters away.



The highlight of the apartment is the private terrace with sea view, very intimate and perfect for romantic dinners.
