Close to the sandy beach of Fetovaia

Two-room apartment located just 150 meters from one of the most beautiful and evocative bays on the island of Elba. Fetovaia is a small town characterized by a fine sandy beach, partly free and partly equipped, where it is possible to hire sunbeds, umbrellas and pedal boats. There is no real center but in the summer season there is a bazaar, a bar and two restaurants on the beach. A few km away is Seccheto where there are some essential services such as minimarkets, restaurants, pizzerias, bars, bakeries and parapharmacies. Located on the west coast of the island, the property is also in an excellent position to reach the beautiful beaches in a few minutes by car. of Cavoli and Marina di Campo.
The two-room apartment is located on the first floor with an independent entrance and consists of a living room with kitchenette with induction hob and double sofa bed, double bedroom and bathroom with shower cubicle. It has a TV, washing machine, air conditioning, an outdoor area equipped for outdoor dining, a barbecue and an outdoor shower. Possibility of a parking space on request with supplement. Animals are not allowed. Linen not available.
