You will find every confort:air conditioning,washing machine,dishwasher,TV and Wifi.Perfect position for all needs,walking distance to one of the most beautiful beaches of Elba,to shops ,markets,activities for children,meeting points for teenagers ,to typical tuscany restaurants.The home has also a private parking and 2 bicycles.The outside is equipped with a table and chairs in order to eat outside.You will also be greated with a welcome gift,fresh fruit and a taste of typical tuscany products.

Our family spent three days on Elba and stayed at this property. It's location is perfect, right on main street but very quiet and no cars allowed. Right around the corner from the beach and several fantastic restaurants. I would highly recommend this property.

L'appartamento è molto comodo, in una stupenda posizione. Ideale per famiglie con bambini, che hanno anche un piccolo spazio dove giocare fuori. La proprietaria è molto accogliente e premurosa, consiglio questa esperienza a chiunque.

Casa in posizione perfetta, sulla via centrale di marina di campo. vicinissima a tutti i servizi e alla spiaggia. la proprietario è stata gentilissima e disponibile. la casa è in ottime condizioni, ristrutturata di recente e con mobili nuovi. tutto molto curato.

Alloggio bellissimo, confortevole e molto centrale! E' possibile raggiungere moltissimi posti con estrema facilità. La casa è ristrutturata da poco, ed è arredata con attenzione. I proprietari sono sempre stati a disposizione circa informazioni che avevamo da chiedere, sono stati davvero gentilissimi! La consiglio vivamente!

"ottima la posizione, ideale per chi ha dei bambini piccoli per la sua vicinanza al centro di Marina e alla spiaggia. Casa ben attrezzata e rinnovata nella zona notte e soggiorno. Unico neo: il bagno. Di dimensioni poco sfruttabili (lungo e stretto), risulta scomodo da utilizzare e con i sanitari un po'' vecchi (la doccia in particolare); ci auguriamo possa essere oggetto di ristrutturazione a breve per poter adeguarsi allo standard delle altre camere. Spazio esterno poco sfruttabile dato il passaggio di altri condomini. In ogni caso, l''ospitalita'' e'' stata ottima: al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato frutta fresca, capsule nespresso, biscotti, vino."
