"This hotel had the most amazing views imaginable!!!! The pictures don’t do it justice. It’s even better in person! I would hands down stay here again just for those views. The pool was wonderful-perfect temperature and enjoying the mountain scenery while taking a dip was perfectly idyllic. They even have a robe for you to use while visiting, which was nice to take to the pool. The gardens are insanely beautiful as well, with the backdrop of the Dolomites-it’s nature’s perfect match! The staff were kind and helpful. The breakfast was amazing. They will whip up some of their farm fresh eggs any way you like them along with several options of fruits, breads, meats cheeses, juices and assorted pastries. We decided to eat dinner there as well and my veal was the best meal I had our whole trip. I had been a little hesitant because of the price, but after staying there, I would go again. "8:15 pm I received a call from the front desk and I replied we would have been there by 8:45. Upon our arrival at 8:45 we were asked if we wished to have dinner at the hotel. We replied affirmatively and we were told rather abruptly to hurry up because the kitchen was about to close and to go immediately to the restaurant area without even going in our room… the waiter and the rest of the staff were very polite and absolutely amazing was the young Indian lady that was there for breakfast. Unfortunately the lady, probably the owner, that was at the reception was rude beyond words. "

"The property is so incredible we extended after being onsite about an hour. Spa facilities, food, rooms, customer service, presentation and attention to detail was exemplary. We elected for half board and it was incredible and great value. Cannot wait to return. "

"We would stay again, but not when the weather is at all warm. There is no air conditioning, which made a stay on the top floor very uncomfortable at night. There was a tabletop fan in the room, but it made a lot of noise."

"My only complaint was that there was not a mini refrigerator in the room. I had bought some expensive cheese in Rome and was unable to keep it due to this. Wonderful staff and I like that they hire mentally challenged people to help with the kitchen. "

"Enjoyed this property, even with a 0.75 mile walk to get there from where the bus dropped us off, not a problem and it was near enough to restaurants, plus they serve dinner. Staff were very friendly, and they gave us Sud Triol bus passes that got us free rides in the area for 7 days, very nice!"
