"This was a great hotel for site seeing in Venice. Close to all arteries of traffic, bus, train, vaparetto. Staff was wonderful and the breakfast was amazing. We will be back."

"I liked the friendly staff and how they guided us on how to get there and also arranged a water taxi upon our departure. The disappointment was the very small room and also no breakfast although called a B&B. We stayed 4 nights and the linens were not very clean upon arrival and the one day we asked them to clean, it was not a very good clean. The location of the B&B in Venice is in the San Marco area which was great so this was excellent and easy to walk to restaurant’s and also for shopping."
