"This was a really terrible experience. The toilet broke twice, there were shower issues. The restaurant does not treat non-italian speakers very well. I felt very judged and unwelcomed. They made me switch rooms in the middle of the night and directed me to a room that was under construction. Not a great place to stay. "

"The proprietor was extremely helpful and welcoming. Breakfast was tasty but almost too much to eat. The location was where you want to be in Tivoli in easy walking distance from the famous gardens. The only caveat would be for travelers challenged by stairs. It is two flights but Fillipo was very willing to help carry our bags up the stairs."
