"My husband and I stayed here for our anniversary and it was absolutely the perfect place! The cabin was equipped with everything you could need and the views were breathtaking. The climb up and down to the river is very steep so you'd need to be able to handle that to access the river from the property. John was great and very helpful. Our dogs also had a great time swimming in the river. It was deep enough in spots for them to swim but shallow enough for us to sit in chairs and enjoy the water. We definitely plan to return again for another visit."

"My kids and I enjoyed our annual end of school getaway here! The cabin accommodates a big family group and has a great location. Five minutes walk down to the private Frio river access. 10 minutes to Garner. The landlady is easily accessible. The only downside was no WiFi due to provider issues. I would definitely recommend bringing your own hotspot for WiFi/cell service!"

"It was a great stay with friends and family. We had 2 very young kids with us and they had a blast! My son loved the small kid house (it had an ac). It felt like we had the whole river to ourselves, even with all the cabins booked. Mom wish she had a fishing pole, as there were so many fish!"
