"This property was conveniently located off Highway 70. With lots of dining choices and shopping nearby. The best thing was a clean quiet room with immaculate facilities. The food and entire staff including check in housekeeping hosts and maintenance personnel were king and expressed gratitude for choosing their hotel."

"We had 2 rooms. Both were extremely dirty. There were roaches in one room that required us to be moved to another room. And the other room had a wasp nest in the curtains. The floors were gritty so I put a towel down to get the grit off of my feet and it turned the towel black. The entire property smelled like weed. The furniture was in poor condition. The beds are super small. There was a used bar of soap in one of the showers. "

"This hotel has had renovations done . My room had new beds, new towels. The room was great! The staff at the hotel were amazing. The front desk representative Christopher Hines was so accommodating. His customer service skills are incredible. Every staff member was very polite. I truly recommend Suburban Studios for your stay. I booked the hotel because it is close to Camp Lejeune. I was able to make a home cooked meal for my marine son. Thank you to everyone that made this a great memorable weekend. "
