"The staff was stellar and so was the conference food quality. I have only have 2 criticisms. 1: You need to erect "Check-In" or "Lobby" signs from the highway entrances directing customers to the Lobby and the Conference entrances. 2: Because I am handicapped and use a mobility chair, I had problems getting from the hotel into the conference center because the exterior ramp was covered with the overnight snowfall which made me late to register for my conference.
