"If you’re looking for a tranquil and relaxing experience, away from tourists attractions, Las Verandas is the place. The grounds are well kept and the ocean views are spectacular. The restaurant on site and the poolside bar were amazing. Waitstaff very pleasant and attentive. The beach was very rocky therefore not conducive to swimming but the 2 infinity pools made up for that. We will definitely be returning for another week’s stay."

"It's got all the things you want with a reliable all-inclusive - clean rooms, good design, great food, beach access, organized activities - with a small, family-owned feel. The food felt home-cooked and the dining area felt intimate enough to recognize other folks staying, but the rooms were spread out enough to have your own little getaway. "

"Arrived at 10:00 pm and the shower would not work. Called Hotel.com and the hotel office and no one could dispatch maintenance. They arrived at 8:00 next morning. This shower head was defective so it lets me know house keeping did not clean the shower area properly. Plus the A/C was turned down to 16 and it would not cool the apartment. So for this visit and unit, I was not happy."

"We had a spectacular 25th anniversary in Sandy Bay! The house was perfect for us! We spent a good bit of our time on the screen porch - watching the hummingbirds, looking out at the ocean, reading books that were available at the house, listening to music and relaxing. We used the boogie board and snorkel gear and went swimming right off of the dock. We also went kayaking. Restaurants are within walking distance. Pleasant surprises were the wild horses that visited the yard and the fresh cashews Al and Sandra gave us. We did so many things - from one end of the island to the other. This was the perfect location!"
