However, the dining room can be very crowded and can be a bit chaotic, as it is laid out. Otherwise all other other aspects were very good. Staff super friendly and helpful. Would stay here again."

"This review is for sister hotel next door at hotel Grand Savoia where we got upgraded. It’s great they let us check in early at 10 am coming from a cruise. A great 5 star hotel with nice reception desk and elegant lounge. Room was very nice clean and a good size except mattress was little soft. Train station and bus stops including bus for hop on hop off bus is just across."
