"Fantastic location and for a single female travelling solo I felt super safe with the double front doors. My room was spacious and spotlessly clean & I was actually super impressed by the housekeeping service. kitchen was very well equipped and the bathroom amenities smell devine, In an ideal world I would love a kettle in my room but aware I am staying in Guest House and not a hotel. I personally found the mattress really hard but cant please everyone with mattresses............... "
"The hotel was very clean and the staff very helpful and attentive. The only downside was that Brussels had a lot of roadworks, although, this is obviously outside the hotels control."
"Staff are very friendly and professional
Room is excellent especially with the large bathroom and shower.
Hotel looks and feels brand new
Highly recommend

10/10 Excellent
"There was no clear separation between shower and toilet . Apart from that room was good , rest of the stay was good"
"Excellent hotel in the very heart of Brussels downtown! Very clean and quiet and very walkable to the main sights and attractions. The gym was perfect! The parking garage was easy to use! "
"We stayed in Superior Double Room. Although the room is a bit small, it was fairly comfortable with good air conditioning, fridge, and electric kettle. The only shortcoming was that it took 10-15 minutes to have warm water from the shower.
Breakfast is very nice.
An underground public parking (Interparking Toison D’Or) is available for 15 Euros per 24 hours that is inexpensive rate for Brussels. (Hotel discount rate is not available.)
Almost all major touristic sites in Brussels are within walking distance.
If the hot water situation would be improved, I would give 10 marks to the Hotel."
"We had a fantastic holiday in Brussels. The hotel was amazing. Fab breakfast and the staff at breakfast so welcoming, friendly and attentive. Fab room, with walk in wardrobe and fabulous bathroom. Highly recommend "
"We enjoyed the breakfast buffet selections and noticed the attention to cleanliness of the staff. The hotel is in a wonderful location to experience the historical Brussels. "
