"Wonderful spot with a breathtaking view on the lago Patria lake. 15 minutes from Naples (Pozzuoli) and 5 minutes away from a wide choice of lidos beaches. The room and the place were extremely clean. Every member of the staff was indeed helpful and kind: the hotel is apparently run by the same family since 1965. "We were on adventure through the South and had to stop for over night close to Naples. This is 4* hotel. The building is undergoing refurburishment and scaffolding is all over the building. We arrived around 10pm and we were greeted coldly-could be the language barrier? Then the shock that very loud music being broadcasted on all floors which wasn't switched off until we called the receptionist to do so. "I couldn't sleep because of the noise from the bathtub; it was incredibly annoying. It would startle me every time I tried to sleep. I complained three times, but they didn't change my room. I was only sleeping three hours a day, and it wasn't good sleep because I was going to bed at 4 a.m. Also, there wasn't a balcony as advertised. I wanted to enjoy my vacation and relax; I didn't know I would suffer."

"We booked two rooms at this hotel. One of the rooms had the door broken. Looks like someone had kicked it. At reception , they were adamant we only had one room when we had two booked. There was no pillowcase and no duvet case the bed was a double and had a single mattress topper as a duvet. The shower was incredibly mouldy we didn’t use it for that reason. The hotel should be shut down for hygiene reasons do not stay here."

"Stephanie was excellent upon checking in. She's very helpful. Taxi service is very quick. Waling to the bus stop is not too long but the streets are somewhat dirty. I liked that there was towels provided for the pool. There was a lot of long black hair floating in the pool that kept getting on us. I wasn't happy that our shower wasn't enclosed & flooded the bathroom every time the shower was used. There was mold in the shower, the drain cap was not connected & the shower didn't drain properly. I brought these issues to the manager multiple times & nothing was ever done. My husband & I slipped on the drain cap almost falling multiple times."
