"Wonderful spot with a breathtaking view on the lago Patria lake. 15 minutes from Naples (Pozzuoli) and 5 minutes away from a wide choice of lidos beaches. The room and the place were extremely clean. Every member of the staff was indeed helpful and kind: the hotel is apparently run by the same family since 1965. Excellent service at the bar (basically a lake view solarium) with plenty of free welcome drinks and snacks upon arrival. The stay was lovely. Very easy and safe parking. Very good...

"I couldn't sleep because of the noise from the bathtub; it was incredibly annoying. It would startle me every time I tried to sleep. I complained three times, but they didn't change my room. I was only sleeping three hours a day, and it wasn't good sleep because I was going to bed at 4 a.m. Also, there wasn't a balcony as advertised. "We booked two rooms at this hotel. One of the rooms had the door broken. Looks like someone had kicked it. At reception , they were adamant we only had one room when we had two booked. There was no pillowcase and no duvet case the bed was a double and had a single mattress topper as a duvet. The shower was incredibly mouldy we didn’t use it for that reason. The hotel should be shut down for hygiene reasons do not stay here."
