Our room size was impressive, and housekeeping was impeccable, ensuring fresh towels and a spotless space each day. The staff were not only pleasant but also highly skilled, making our experience even more comfortable. The only drawback was the newly installed room entertainment system, which frequently failed. By dinnertime, as guests returned, service would often cut out, with buffering lasting up to 30 minutes or more. Additionally, the internet connection was inconsistent, which was challenging as we needed it to work remotely. Despite these inconveniences, the hotel felt like a home away from home during our five-day stay."
