"We had a lovely few days relaxing in the countryside. Great property, lovely open space for kids to play and gorgeous peaceful views across the valley. We did a day trip to Paris, taking the train from L’Aigle. Check in and out very easy and Nathalie an attentive and helpful host. Would recommend!"

"This property is set in such lovely grounds. There is loads for families to do and the property was perfect for what we wanted. The host even arranged for a masseuse to come to our property on the final day for some massages! (For an extra fee) "

"Beautiful property and grounds with lots of sunny spots and shady spots. The pool was beautiful too. We did a couple of day trips out but mostly just chilled out and made use of the pool and table tennis. There was also a tennis court with basket ball hoop but we didn’t use it. Good local supermarkets and we tried the local pizzeria and bakeries - all excellent."

"Nous avons passés noël dans cette maison cheminée qui ne fonctionne pas un fond d’allumé feu de l’humidité dans les chambres du bas de la nourriture qui reste dans le frigo vaisselle sale et des serviettes déjà utilisées et les brosses à dent des autres personnes nous avons eut très froid et forte odeur d’humidité .Cela ne reflète pas l’annonce"

"The house is set at the end of a very rural drive through the French countryside. Whilst VERY rustic, it has all the amenities you would expect, but is a compromise between a pretty old building and modern refurbishment. Perhaps not for everyone, but we loved it. P.S. mind your head on the beams upstairs."

"Nous avons été enchantés de notre mini-séjour dans ce joli cottage en pleine nature, très propre, spacieux, très bien équipé. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la présence des deux salles de bains, des deux toilettes et des très grands lits L'environnement est magnifique avec une vue splendide sur les vallons normands. Et l'accueil de David fut chaleureux. Quoi demander de plus? C'est une superbe adresse à retenir pour nos prochaines visites dans la région."

"This is a charming small gite forming part of a single-storey coach-house, which has a good private terrace with brick barbecue as well as off-road parking. Inside it's neat and compact (perhaps a bit on the small side for four people as the sofa bed would take up most of the lounge area), with a functional kitchen that has a dual-function microwave, two induction hob rings, coffee-maker, and a fridge freezer. The shower room is small, and also houses the washing machine, but it all worked fine....

"4 of us stayed in Les Chenes gite, which is a 2 bed cottage with its own huge area of garden, outside pergola, and a gentle stream bubbling nearby. Surrounded by trees and grass and birds chirping in the trees, colourful dragonflies and butterflies this was an absolute Eden of peace and calm. "This is in a retirement complex within walking distance (1km) of the centre of Lisieux. The room we had was good, with a kitchen with Hob and microwave and a dining area. At the weekend the access to the building is by key code and the reception is not manned all the time. Very quiet. The set up seems quite surreal, but actually works well."
