"Novel experience having Bed&Breakfast in former stables. The refurbishment had been done to a high standard with attractive decor. A delightful French breakfast with croissant, bread, cheese, and jams. We liked the fact that car parking was behind security gates. Only booked for 1 night, but would happily have stayed longer. One of the hosts, Peter, gave wonderful background about the surrounding area and was very flexible about making breakfast early as needed. "We stayed there as a stopover on a longer trip. The hosts were excellent. There were some cobwebs in the bathroom which put me off a little. Breakfast was good, even though there wasn't a great choice for some travelers. Everything was homemade and tasted lovely We would definitely stay there again. "

"This is in a retirement complex within walking distance (1km) of the centre of Lisieux. The room we had was good, with a kitchen with Hob and microwave and a dining area.
