"We loved our stay. There was a few things inside the tree house that needed some care. The bottom sliding door did not lock. The shower head on main level,depending on setting, would spray everywhere and not just forward. The air conditioner could not keep up the first night. It was so HOT when we arrived. "Check in was easy, although some clarity in the changes with the office would be helpful as some of the info shared was outdated. The unit is dated, but comfy. You're in the woods, so expect bugs and wildlife, but gorgeous views! Contact via email was most efficient for day-to-day needs. I did leave a bag behind and the cleaning service promptly returned it to the office so a family member could get it for me. "
