You have found what you are looking for. Cleanliness, comfort, spaciousness, convenience, lakefront, and an opportunity to create some amazing memories!!! The boat slip is conveniently located close to property!
The lakefront view is incredibly calming and an outstanding value.
This property is in the gated community of Cedar Heights in Camdenton, Missouri directly off Highway 54. It is a very quiet (on land and water) area located on the beautiful Big Niangua Arm (MM 13) of the Lake. It is very easy to find and access without the need to navigate winding lake roads.
This is an updated, well-equipped and clean vacation home. We just finished upgrading every angle of this place and it looks awesome. You will love to spend a few days right next to the water in such a lovely place and won't want to leave.
This top floor unit brings many advantages:

* 35 foot deck with covered area and ceiling fan
* Phenomenal views with huge windows facing lake
* 4 bedrooms to accommodate multiple families
* Overlooks awesome pool area!

This condo is furnished to ensure you have a very stress free and comfortable stay. We have tried to included everything you need to enable your enjoyment. The full kitchen has an open seating area for seven, refrigerator w/ice maker, microwave and everything you will need for cooking and eating. A high chair for little ones is available!
The spacious living room has comfortable furniture, fire place and a new TV for your enjoyment. High-speed secured wireless Internet access is also included. The large 35' x 10' deck overlooking the pool and lake has plenty of seating for you to relax and cook with the gas grill. On the off-chance the weather is poor, you can still sit on the deck under the covered area and enjoy your favorite beverage and/or book while overlooking the lake. Even when it's warm out, you can enjoy some shade under cover with the cool feeling of the outdoor ceiling fan. Under our normal sunny conditions, the sunseekers can enjoy relaxing in the comfortable deck chairs in the open part of the deck area.
The master bedroom has a king-size bed, private access to the deck, large closet, 50" flat screen TV, and an ensuite bath. The second bedroom has a queen sized bed with private bath access, ceiling fan, plenty of storage, flat screen TV, and closet. The third bedroom is a newly decorated queen-sized room with night stands, dresser, ceiling fan and 50" flat screen TV. The fourth bedroom is conveniently located upstairs and is newly decorated with a queen bed, 50" flat screen TV and an ensuite bath. The loft is overlooking the living room and has very comfortable leather furniture with couch and love seat, along with a new 50" TV and entertainment center and office area. The loft area also includes a comfortable queen-sized inflatable mattress.
The unit is furnished with linens and towels for all bedrooms+, baths and kitchen.
The complex has 3 large swimming pools for your pleasure. Old Kinderhook, one of the top rated golf courses in Missouri, is located less than 0.5 miles from this complex. Other beautiful and challenging golf courses are within a 10-15 minute drive. Also nearby are dozens of lakefront restaurants and night clubs accessible by land or water. Grocery stores and shopping in Camdenton is only five minutes away and additional opportunities exist in Osage Beach only 15 minutes away via a newly opened highway.
Camdenton is a much calmer part of lake. It is away from the big loud boats and waves that you will find in Osage Beach. This provides a great environment for boating, skiing, tubing, and fishing. It also provides a great opportunity to just simply relax and forget about the hustle and bustle of life. That's what I enjoy about it.
