"Very nicely renovated lake cottage on a protected cove of the lake. Furnishings were minimalist, but new, quite adequate and comfortable, and appliances appeared new. The view from the deck was very nice, grill worked great, and we had breakfast each morning at the little outside (covered) bar. The only material week point was that the stairs down to the lake are older and a bit quirky. But, rennovation of those is planned for phase 2, so that aspect should improve. "Shane was AMAZING!!! So responsive & quick and it was SO great having him host my VERY 1st VRBO rental. We truly felt like we were at home. Had everything we needed and then some. The kitchen was so well equipped, the bedrooms were very big and beds comfy, the living room off the kitchen offered enough space to relax, the sunroom was massive & the backyard screened in porch overlooking the lake was AMAZING!!
