"Coming from a not so great hotel in another city this was a breath of fresh air. Comfortable, clean with full amenities. Had a slight billing issue and Kayelynn was extremely helpful in trying to rectify. Not yet resolved but confident it will be. Staff at breakfast so kind and personable. Went out of her way to serve us. Great hotel!!!"

"The property may be a bit off the beaten path in Richmond but the price is right and the room was very clean. The bed was amazingly comfortable and the hot tub was toasty with great jets and was very clean. The best part of my stay was the lovely, friendly front desk clerk who was extremely helpful and hospitable. Overall, I’d definitely stay here again."
