The villa is divided into different spaces and levels that will allow you to be together whilst also enjoying your own privacy.



It has capacity for 12 people and features 6 double bedrooms, all en suite, with their own bathroom.



3 bedrooms with a double bed and 3 bedrooms with 2 single beds. Air conditioning in 4 of the 6 bedrooms. There are 2 double bedrooms that do not have an air conditioning unit (split).

3 bathrooms with a bath and 3 bathrooms with a shower.

Several separate living rooms and a large dining room.

Modern kitchen and fully equipped, also with its own dining area.

The villa is located in the Vilafortuny residential area, between Cambrils and Salou. Just a few metres from the house, you will find supermarkets. The beach is about 800 m away. It is part of a residential complex with high-quality communal facilities: large garden, swimming pool, children's pool, tennis court and fronton.



IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

- Weekly change of sheets and towels for bookings of 2 weeks or more.

- Beach / pool towels free of charge.

- WIFI included during your stay.

- Air conditioning in 4 of the 6 bedrooms. There are 2 double bedrooms without air conditioning units (split).

- This villa is only rented to families. Group bookings are not accepted.

- The barbecue is available for your enjoyment. UHC does not provide grills, grates, accessories, firewood or charcoal, so you will need to bring or purchase what is necessary for its use. As this is a complementary external facility, its cleaning and preparation are not part of the usual cleaning service, so it is up to each guest to prepare it according to their preferences before using it.

- Tourist tax not included in the accommodation price. This accommodation requires a security deposit of €1000. Key collection takes place at the Universal Holiday Centre offices located at Avenida del Batlle Pere Molas 3, Salou. It is mandatory to register online at least 24 hours before arrival. This includes the occupant data required under Royal Decree 933/2021 and making all payments. Otherwise, we cannot guarantee key delivery. The agency will contact you in advance to provide all necessary information in this regard.

- As this is a tourist accommodation, some elements may show normal signs of use or certain wear that does not affect their functionality and which, by their nature, cannot always be repaired between stays, such as small dents or marks on the walls, as well as wear on certain elements, furniture or appliances. The guest accepts this circumstance as inherent to the nature and use of the rented accommodation.
