"We were in Burlington to visit UVM and this hotel is located right down the street, so very convenient. Also within walking distance is Trader Joe's, which we visited twice and picked up food to heat in our room. While some parts of the hotel are clearly aging, the lobby and our room was clean and comfortable. We checked in early and were given a room that wasn't ideal - I'd asked for a non-adjoining room on the top floor but were given what was available at that time, an adjoining on the 2nd floor. When I went down to the front desk I was told there weren't any double queen non-adjoining rooms available. I went back up to the room and within 5 minutes received a call that they would have the room I asked for ready in a couple of hours if we were interested in checking in later. "

"This hotel was in the area where we wanted to stay. It was very convenient to the highway and near other businesses. Check in was easy and the staff was welcoming. The room was spotless, comfortable and quiet. The breakfast buffet had everything we could have wanted. I would definitely stay here again."

"Beautiful hotel grounds. The guest lodge is beginning to show some wear but rooms are very clean. Cell service can be a little spotty. Lots of things to do. Awesome fitness center just across the road. Von trapp brewery is 10-15 min walk and a must see. "

"Very nice staff and very helpful. The rooms and bathrooms are clean, but could use some updating of furniture or a deep cleaning of the chairs. Towels and bed were changed up daily, which is so nice when on vacation. Bed is very comfortable and the hotel itself was very quiet. Enjoyed our stay very much."
