"Loved staying here for our short stay, the pool was great, there was a great pizza place within walking distance, and we loved walking along the beach/lake. The owners were very welcoming and explained everything! We went for a drive further up the lake to some small towns and had a nice time!"

It is not safe. The building is also very old with no elevator. The washing machine was not functional and we had 2 power failures during a 2 night stay."

"Beautiful roof top apartment with spacious terrace and gorgeous view of lake Maggiore. Parking was available on the street by the entrance to the building. There is no AC and it was hot in August, however we enjoyed our stay very much. Walkable distance to the ferry and the center. Highly recommended!"

"As a party of 4 friends, we stayed for 3 nights. Carolina has a lovely apartment with a big balcony looking over the lake and separate garden area with lake access. She was really helpful and welcoming. There are local restaurants to walk to and a boat available over to Orta - its a lovely tranquil place to stay. "

"Wir waren mit Freunden für 4 Nächte in dem Häuschen untergebracht und waren alle begeistert. Das Haus ist sehr schön dekoriert, sauber und mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Wenn etwas nicht vorhanden ist kann alles in Locarno (10km bergab) gekauft werden. Ascona ist auch eine sehenswerte Stadt die man unbedingt besuchen muss, wenn man dort ist. Am "Hausberg" gibt es tolle Wanderwege die zu wunderschönen Aussichtsplattformen führen (im Haus gibt es Wander-/Fahrradkarten). Wir wussten einmal...
