"We visited Malibu for the Pepperdine graduation. It is 5 minutes away from the school. The property is comfortable, clean, spacious, and minimalistic. The kitchen had everything we needed to make meals. The host was very responsive. You can see the ocean from the kitchen windows which means you can also hear the cars on the PCH. This was the perfect spot for us and would stay here again."

"This was the perfect mini romantic weekend getaway from the busy city with such generous and sweet hosts (and their precious dogs!). The gorgeous backyard was spacious with so much room to lounge by the fire pits, run around, hit golf balls by the net, bbq, and much more. The pool and jacuzzi are both charming and relaxing, perfect for what we needed in a getaway. The guesthouse itself was also spacious and lovely, with plenty of room to feel comfortable and relaxed. We had everything we needed with very comfy beds and couches, a nice-sized dinner table, games to play, good kitchen appliances, and plenty of bathroom space. It was everything we wanted and needed! "This is an absolutely charming, bungalow built in the 1950s. It was perfect for our family of five. We actually had Thanksgiving dinner on the back patio. The kitchen was outstanding with an amazing stove and an assortment of high-quality pots and pans. This place is just about a block from the beach so we could easily see the sunset after a short walk every evening. We absolutely enjoyed our stay in Ventura. What a great time to visit Southern California."
