After we left a AirPod behind he checked our room and told us he would have laundry staff the laundry the following day. He responded the following day with news he had our AirPod and would be able to ship to our home. H"

"We enjoyed our stay, the staff was friendly and helpful. The reception, pool, and restaurant all closed at 19:30 or 20:00, which was a bit disappointing /inconvenient. The mini fridge in our room was not functioning. Other than those minor complaints, our room was lovely, the views of horses were wonderful, and we enjoyed the on-site horse show. "
