Located on the south coast of Madeira Island, Casa da Quinta Grande in Câmara de Lobos features three bedrooms—two with comfortable double beds and a third with a single bed that can be converted into a double—making it ideal for families or groups of friends. The house offers two modern bathrooms with showers, a spacious outdoor area with Atlantic Ocean views, a barbecue, a jacuzzi, and secure car parking in the backyard. Wi-Fi is available throughout the property.

AREA
Situated in Quinta Grande, Câmara de Lobos, the house is close to attractions like the Fajã dos Padres viewpoint (with cable car access to a beach and restaurant), Ilha das Aves (9 minutes by car), and Cabo Girão viewpoint (7 minutes away). The neighborhood also features local spots like "A Venda do André," and the center of Câmara de Lobos—with essential services, markets, wineries, and restaurants—is about 10 minutes away. Funchal is a 25-minute drive.

GETTING AROUND
Transfers can be arranged with local partners (cheaper than airport taxis), or you can use navigation apps if renting a car.

ACCESS
Guests have access to all areas of the property.

INTERACTION
Support is available at all times, and guests have access to an app with property and local information.

OTHER OBSERVATIONS
- All guests must present valid ID (passport or identity card) as per Portuguese law.
- Check-in must be scheduled in advance (at least 48 hours).
- Bed linen, towels, and baby amenities (cot, high chair, bath) are available on request.
- The property is equipped with a first aid kit, extinguishers, and a fire blanket.

ATTENTION
A municipal tourist tax of €2.00 per person/night (ages 13+), up to 7 nights (€14 max per person/stay), is charged. Payment is made via a link provided at check-in.

HOUSE RULES

To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, we ask that you observe a few simple rules.

• Smoking is not permitted inside the property.
• Parties or events are not permitted.
• Please be considerate of the neighbours and keep noise levels down, especially at night.

The property may be equipped with a smart sensor (Minut) that monitors noise, smoke, and temperature levels for safety reasons only. This system does not record conversations or collect personal data. If abnormal levels are detected, you may receive a message from our team.

In accordance with Portuguese law, all guests must present valid identification for registration.

A municipal tourist tax may be charged (€2 per person per night, up to a maximum of 7 nights).

Check-in: from 4 pm. Early check-in is subject to availability and a fee.
Check-out: by 12:00. Late check-out is subject to availability and a fee.
