"The only bad thing we experienced was A meeting room. We asked the front desk if we could use a meeting room. They said sure, no problem. We used it for a few hours and were happy. The next day a manager came running after us saying we owed $290 for the room rental. My room for the night was only $95! When we asked, nobody said anything about a charge. They eventually dropped the charge but it left a bad impression. Also, they don’t accept international credit cards even though their web site...

"A complete catastrophe, the house owner didn't get in touch. I booked the house 4 months before. When I arrived I couldn't move into the house, I was left lying on my side, without accommodation. The agency did take care of it a day later, but not for the day I arrived. I haven't received any reimbursement from them yet.
