Excellent!!!

We always look for a rural house with privacy. Well, this house was the best so far! Don't expect posh luxury. The house has everything you need, from our perspective. The owners are open, very friendly and most helpful. So if you are looking for a quiet stay (expect some 'rural night life'), with perfect privacy, this is a great place. Please know that the road to the house could be a bit challenging if you are only used to motorways;-). A Porsche Cayenne will not make it.

Natur pur

Sehr guter check in mit Nerio Boletti. Sehr, sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit und zuverlässig. Das Haus war wie beschrieben. Allerdings könnte hier und da mal renoviert werden. Die Küchenutensilien könnten sicher mal ausgetauscht und erweitert werden. Es war zwar fast alles vorhanden, aber schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Grill und Pzzaofen im Aussengelände haben einwandfrei funktioniert. Auch der Pool war einwandfrei. Die Zufahrt bedarf höchster Konzentration und könnte hier und da mal etwas Schotter vertragen, bzw. ausgebessert werden. Die Mücken waren sehr präsent und man sollte genug Autan dabei haben . Ebenso müssten die Mückennetze erneuert bzw. repariert werden. Auch das Bad ist renovierungsbedürftig allerdings hauptsächlich aus technischer Sicht, weil sich das Wasser während des Duschens in der Mitte des Zimmers sammelt. Und das ist unnötig viel Arbeit alles wieder aufzuwischen. Alles in allem ist das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis in dieser Lage mit Pool und allem drum und dran gerechtfertigt. Wir haben uns jedenfalls sehr wohl gefühlt und werden bestimmt wieder kommen. Vielen lieben Dank an die Gastgeber.

Eine Oase der Ruhe

Wir suchen immer Wohnungen mit einem besonderen Charme in einer besonderen Lage. Diese hier hat uns mit ihrer Alleinlage und dem besonderen Blick tief beeindruckt. Auf den 2 Terrassen oder am Pool hat man immer einen Sonnen- oder schattenplatz, je nach persönlichem Gusto. Die Fahrt zum nächsten Supermarkt dauert etwas länger, aber uns war die Ruhe wichtiger und wir waren ja im Urlaub und nicht auf der Flucht. Für tiefergelegte Autos ist der Weg nicht zu empfehlen. Die Vermieter waren sehr nett und sofort zur Stelle wenn man fragen hatte. Für ruhesuchende absolut zu empfehlen.

Grandios für Minimalisten

Haus und Lage sind unvergleichlich, die Vermieter sehr herzlich. Die Küchenausstattung ist leider mangelhaft, Sofas und Matratzen sowie das Bettzeug gehören dringend erneuert. Das Bad sollte renoviert werden, da Duschen nicht möglich ist ohne eine Überschwemmung zu verursachen.

Die Aussicht ist wunderschön. Außenanlage und Pool laden zum Verweilen ein. Die Unterkunft ist einfach aber urig, uns hat es gefallen. Die Zufahrt ist abenteuerlich und es sollte schon ein guter Fahrer sein. Ein SUV ist erforderlich.

Lage, Ausblick, Pool wunderschön - Zufahrt mit grossem Auto abenteuerlich - mit tiefer gelegten Autos unmöglich - Gastgeberfamilie sehr nett und unkompliziert - Wasserkocher und 4 neue Kaffeetöpfe wären schön, sonst Auststattung okay - Grillplatz toll. Insgesamt sehr zu empfehlen. Wir hatten eine wunderbare erholsame Zeit!!!

Mega Aussicht mit tollem Pool

Wie die Überschrift schon sagt, hat die Unterkunft eine super Lage auch wenn die Zufahrt etwas abenteuerlich ist. Auf dem Grundstück gibt es Grill und Pizzasteinbackofen. Den Pizzabackofen haben wir mehrfach genutzt. Mega Pizza. Der Grill ist nicht zu empfehlen. Alles wirkt da ein bisschen versifft/runtergekommen. Das Haus an sich ist ok. Die Einrichtung ist spartanisch, die Küche könnte hier und da ein Upgrade gebrauchen. Lichtschalter nach oben ist abgebrochen. Duschen nur mit Überschwemmung

Wunderschöner Urlaub

Das Haus ist einfach eingerichtet, hat aber alles was man braucht. Der fantastische Blick bis hin zum Meer entschädigt für die etwas schwierige Anfahrt. Der Pool war sehr sauber, wobei die Pumpe zeitweise laut war. Die Vermieter waren sehr hilfsbereit und wenn nötig erreichbar. Schön war auch, dass das Restaurant in Metato fußläufig zu erreichen war (sehr empfehlenswert). Insgesamt ein wunderschöner Urlaub.

Wie immer wunderschön

Wir waren das dritte Mal in dieser Unterkunft und es war wie immer sehr schön. Die Aussicht ist einmalig und das gesamte Ambiente ist mit nichts zu übertreffen. Doch einige Einrichtungsgegenstände sollten doch regelmäßig kontrolliert werden. Wir hatten keine Kanne zur Kaffeemaschine, richtige Bettwäsche wäre auch gut, denn nicht jeder mag sich nur mit einem Laken zudecken. Der Stopfen zum Waschbecken in der Küche hat schon vor zwei Jahren gefehlt . Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wiede

Geweldig uitzicht

Het is een drama om bij het huis te komen (bergweg vol gaten en keien) maar als je er eenmaal bent dan is het een plek om nooit te vergeten! Het ziet er precies uit als op de foto's, zwembad is niet groot maar wat ons betreft groot genoeg. Wat ik miste, verlichting vanaf huis naar bbq en poort en horren voor de ramen, dit is niet bij elk raam maar voor €7.00 koop je het in de winkel. En een vliegengordijn voor de deur. Verder top plek!

Haus mit traumhafter Aussicht

Das Haus liegt abgelegen an einem Berg. Wer die Ruhe und Einsamkeit sucht ist hier genau richtig. Die Aussicht ist bis zum Meer. Das Haus hat alles was man so braucht. Der Kontakt war einwandfrei. Wie haben die Tage hier sehr genossen.

vue magnifique et calme absolu

les points positifs sont la situation avec la vue exceptionnelle,le calme et la tranquilité,la piscine,la nature le point négatif est l'etat des meubles exterieurs très usés voir dangereux. Attention la machine à laver ,le micro-ondes,le seche cheveux mentionnés dans l'annonce sont absents Pas de commerces à Metato,prévoir 20 minutes de routes sinueuses,le chemin menant à la maison n'est pas facile,mais le calme ca se mérite!mon impression générale reste tou à fait positive et je recommande cette maison aux amateurs de vacances loin de la foule !

Relaxing pur

Wenn man sich einmal an die Zufahrt (die letzten 500m) gewöhnt hat, gibt es an dieser Unterkunft nix auszusetzen. Wie gesagt die Zufahrt ist etwas holprig. Mit einem Sportwagen oder tiefergelegtem Auto könnte es spannend werden. Die Unterkunft liegt einsam am Berg ohne Nachbarn. Mega Aussicht. Idylle pur. Wer die Abgeschiedenheit vom Alltag sucht ist hier richtig.

Einfaches aber sauberes Steinhaus. Tolle Aussicht bis zum Meer. Haus liegt völlig einsam am Berg und ist mit dem Auto, wenn kein Geländewagen, nur beschwerlich zu erreichen. Einkäufe für Lebensmittel in Camaiore, zu empfehlen bei Marco am Kreisel (Mama Rita macht tolle Pasta und backt selbst ein Kartoffelbrot. Reisetipps: Ein "Must" ist der Besuch von Lucca, Pietrasanta und die Strandpromenade mit tollen Geschäften von Viareggio. Alle namhaften Edelboutiquen findet man in Forte dei Marmo. Das beste Eis gibt es in Capezzano Pianore an der Straße nach Pietrasanta gegenüber der Kirche links!!!

Als je de zéér karige inventar...

Als je de zéér karige inventaris wat betreft servies, bestek, etc. voor lief neemt, een schattig huisje met een werkelijk schitterende view. Je moet wel van afgelegen houden, dichtstbijzijnde winkel op 20 minuten rijden. In Metato, op ongeveer een km, alleen 1 restaurant, verder geen winkels. Laatste 400 m naar het huis is inderdaad een pad voor de zeer geoefende rijder, met name als je een wat bredere auto hebt, het pad is zeer, zeer smal, hobbelig en met hoogte verschillen. De eigenaar is een aardige man die echter geen woord Engels spreekt. Het zwembad is bescheiden van formaat maar groot genoeg voor een verfrissing, verwacht niet er in te kunnen zwemmen. Bedden zijn oké. Niet top, maar oké. Huisje was erg schoon bij aankomst, wat wij ook erg fijn vonden. Prima vakantie gehad! Reistips: Luca, Pisa en Carraragebergte allen op circa uurtje rijden. Florence en Siena op resp. 1,5 en 2,5 uur. Strand Lido de Camaiore op ruim een half uur, maar erg toeristisch en bijna alleen plek voor de bedjes van hotelgasten.
