"The grounds were well maintained. Overall, the room was well maintained as well minus a few hairballs I found in the corner. Not ideal but not a dealbreaker either. Very family friendly pool with slides and floaties/balls available to use. The only annoyance was calling front desk to change my private pool to jacuzzi. No one came after a few calls and I gave up. I was there for one night so it’s was fine. I would recommend this place for a resort stay."
"There were several instances where the staff’s limited English led to repeated follow-up calls for clarification. Additionally, some information was changed again at check-in, causing confusion. The accommodation also had a noticeable issue with ants and other insects."
