"A superb hotel in a great location, just a short, easy walk to the Old Town. The staff were consistently friendly, professional, and always willing to help, which really enhanced our stay. Our room was immaculately presented - fresh, dry, clean, and comfortable, making it a pleasure to return to after a day of exploring. Nguyêt, the housekeeping lady, is an exceptional asset to the hotel and truly sets the standard for outstanding hospitality. Her warmth, professionalism, and genuine kindness were evident in every interaction and made a lasting impression. Each day, our room was maintained to perfection and thoughtfully restocked with great attention to detail. Her dedication and pride in her work went far beyond expectations, and the standard of housekeeping is exactly why I will return to this hotel. The pool area was a real highlight: beautifully maintained and very relaxing - with plenty of sun loungers available at all times. We enjoyed our stay so much that we extended it. Highly recommended!"
