"This was perfect for a last minute stay in Gloucester. Walking distance to the Quays. One minute from the park. Tea and coffee in the room plus a good selection for breakfast. The dining area was super modern and clean and the garden was a nice touch. Plus free parking right outside was a bonus "

"I was lead to believe (from hotels.com presentation) I had a cabin with a private hot tub, and would therefore expect an en-suite. I had a double room with shared facilities, very poor accessible shower. Room was clean and fine for my needs. I didn’t read the fine print so had difficulty in gaining entry, but after numerous phone calls (answer phone messages) and a prolonged email chat, access was afforded. "We travelled Sheffield to cornwall and used the hotel as a 1 night stay to break up the journey with two children aged 6+9. It was conveniently located just off the motorway so really easy to access. Free parking included. We booked a family suite and it was brilliant - activity packs, toiletries, cookies, vip robes and slippers for the kids ... Great family friendly touches! The suite itself was huge too, perfect for a family of 4. The pool has "family friendly" times and is great for the kids. We enjoyed breakfast too, loads of choice and cooked to a high quality. Would highly recommend. "
