Lovely home in Calvi with kitchen

Completely renovated in 2015, this vacation home welcomes you just a few minutes walk from the center of Calvi, a popular place in the Balagane or the so-called Garden of Corsica. Surrounded by bamboo, the large covered terrace invites you to barbecue. Situated high above the sea, the property spoils its guests with a unique panorama. Further down, one has direct access to a small, quiet rocky bay and thus to the blue sea. Calvi and a variety of beaches in the Balagne offer plenty of water sports activities, and explorers will love the architectural heritage and gastronomy of this Corsican region.

Emplacement paradisiaque....

Emplacement idéal, au calme et vue magnifique ... Mais du bas du chemin (30 mètres)! Un mur de roseaux masque la vue de l'appartement mais permet une bonne isolation thermique de la terrasse où tous les repas peuvent être pris au frais. Intimité garantie également. Propreté irréprochable et propriétaire sur place aux petits soins qui s'excuse même de venir s'assurer que tout va bien! Par contre l'appartement est à 800 mètres de Calvi et non à 250 mètres (même à vol d'oiseau!) mais la route est splendide et ça permet de digérer! Appartement bien équipé avec tout qui fonctionne. Seul point négatif : en plus du prix de la location, il faut rajouter taxe de séjour (30 euros) à payer à l' agence immobilière, 15 euros d'eau, 15 euros d'électricité pour 1 semaine à 2....et rajouter 41 euros de ménage même si l'appartement est rendu nickel.....sinon très bon séjour, Calvi offre tellement de possibilités...mais ça c'est une autre histoire!
