"It is a beautiful property and the rooms are really nice and spacious. Location is great. One elevator out of two has been out of service for a while. Our room never got serviced during the day despite leaving a message to do so, at the front desk in the morning. We were delayed in arriving by a day due to flight cancellations, but the property manager refused to refund one night's charges. It is a wonderful property and I wish we received better service, so that I could give it 5 stars."
