"Stayed here for 4 nights and although the facilities were average, the service made up for its shortcomings. Our shower (Room 325) didn't drain well, as a result, we had to turn down the shower to drips so that the shower pan didn’t flood. We requested service and although it was not fixed, the staff did all they can. May, the lady morning receptions officer was extremely pleasant, helpful and most importantly, kind. She saved our week. Thank you"

"Great location very close to the Milan Centrale train station. Professional staff and hotel felt safe. Complementary bottled water and soft drinks was a nice touch. Plenty of good restaurants and gelato places nearby."

"There was 3 of us. Check in was great. Room very clean. Beds were amazing as was the breakfast. Only issue was the shower and the view. Did not know we would be below the ground. But we would recommend especially if you need to be near the airport."
