"Convenient for a quick stay in Houghton. Clean and efficient. Cumbersome check in that took longer than it should have, but may have been a new employee."

"I would visit this place again. My biggest complaint was the wifi dropping in and out (which is huge considering the limited cell coverage area), water had a funny smell (but i think it area related), and if your fat like me, getting over the rail to get out the bed is an issue (but my athletic 13-year-old also complained on that matter). Outside of these 3 issues, i recommend it. "

"Keith was very helpful. We had a flat on the way up and he gave us information on finding a place to get the tire fixed quickly. The view was spectacular and the amenities were amazing. The first VRBO house that had absolutely everything we needed."

"They converted what appeared to be a former business, and it was fabulous! Plenty of beds, a kitchen with everything, an outdoor gas firepit, 3 tvs, and an indoor hot sauna were just some of the featues. A group would love this space, although there is just one (nice) bathroom. I'd definitely stay here again! Close to Houghton or Torch Lake / Hubbelll (7 miles) if you are taking the seaplane to Isle Royale."

"It is a great property and an amazing location! We spend an awesome time here. Even though the house is not large, it is very cozy, convenient, spacious and a huge benefit to have three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. For our family, it was a huge plus to be able to have our dogs with us too! You have everything you need to feel absolutely comfortable here: bedding, towels, washer, dryer, etc. - even bunch of games are provided. Kitchen is amazingly equipped!
