PLEASANT HOLIDAY VILLA IN CALPE (COSTA BLANCA) WITH PRIVATE SWIMMING POOL, for maximum 4 people.



DISTRIBUTION: the villa is built on one floor where ther are two bedrooms (one with double bed and the other one with two single beds) and two bathrooms (one wit bath and a toilet) . Very cozy living-dinnig room with TV and chimney. Separated kitchen and a covered and furnished terrace.



OUTDOOR: pleasant swimming pool area with sunbeds, table and chairs, parasol. Next to the swimming pool, there is a BBQ area with a portable BBQ.



LOCATION: the property is located in a very quiet area of Calpe next to the sand beach of La Fossa, restaurants and supermarkets.
