Welcome to our holiday villa in Calpe!Discover the beauty and comfort of our holiday villa located in the charming city of Calpe, on the beautiful Costa Blanca. With capacity for 6 people, this villa has three bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, distributed on a lower floor, as well as a solarium on the upper floor, which is accessed by exterior stairs.Inside, you will find a spacious living-dining room with SAT/TNT TV and air conditioning, as well as a fully equipped independent kitchen with ceramic hob. Relax in a spacious bedroom with a double bed, air conditioning and private bathroom with bathtub, along with two other bedrooms, one with two single beds and another with a double bed, both with air conditioning. Additionally, there is a room with a washing machine for your convenience.Enjoy the sun and views on the solarium on the upper floor, perfect for sunbathing with total privacy. Outside, you will find a rectangular pool of 9x4 metres with Roman stairs, outdoor shower and a room with WC and washbasin. You can also prepare delicious meals on the brick barbecue near the pool.The privileged location of our villa in the "Los Almendros" urbanization offers you proximity to all services, with the beach and the seafront promenade just 900 metres away, the nearest supermarket 500 metres away and the centre of Calpe 1.8 km away.Free WiFi is available in the villa, but please note that pets are not allowed.Book now and enjoy unforgettable holidays in our villa in Calpe!
