COSY VILLA WITH PRIVATE SWIMMING POOL FOR RENT IN CALPE (COSTA BLANCA). For a maximum of 6 guests.
LAYOUT: This villa offers us the best comfort of a very warm villa, practical and with an easy distribution to enjoy a perfect holiday with family or friends. We access the villa through the right side and we get in the living room with an armchair, a three-seater couch, a coffee table and a television set. Turning to the left we have a dining table and chairs with capacity for all the guests of the villa and where we can share meals. Then next to it we find the kitchen area, fully equipped with all domestic appliances and utilities necessary for the preparation of fantastic meals. We will access the rest of the villa through the corridor where the three bedrooms are distributed: two of them with double bed and the other one with two single ones. There are also two bathrooms on the ground floor: , one with a shower and the other one with a bathtub.
EXTERIOR: The swimming pool is located at the back of the plot and offers a lot of privacy to the guests. There are several sunbeds to enjoy the sun as well as a table with its chairs for sharing meals under the porch. Directly opposite you will have the barbecue. The layout of the outside spaces has been designed to enjoy as much as possible the warm and nice Mediterranean climate at any time of the year.
LOCATION: The villa is only five minutes driving to the town of Calpe. There we will find restaurants, bars and many leisure areas.. There are also excellent beaches and different activities that we can do on the Costa Blanca.
OTHERS: FREE WIFI, AIR CONDITIONING IN THE WHOLE VILLA,PETS ARE ALLOWED.
