INTERIOR: Beautiful villa built on two floors. On the GROUND FLOOR, you will find a spacious living-dining room with sea views, Sat/DTT TV and direct access to the pool area. On the other hand, it has a fully equipped independent kitchen, an independent toilet, two spacious twin bedrooms and an en-suite bathroom in each (one bathroom with bathtub and the other with shower). Through interior stairs, we will access the UPPER FLOOR where we will discover two spacious bedrooms with sea views and access to the solarium, one bedroom with a double bed and the other with two single beds; en-suite bathroom with shower each.



EXTERIOR: Its beautiful landscaped plot and pool area with wonderful sea views stand out, where we will enjoy the sun and delicious barbecues.



LOCATION: Undoubtedly the best area to find rest, just 4.2 km from the centre of Calpe and just over 4.6 km from the sandy beach.
