You’ll be swooning over the stunning sea views from the moment you arrive at this beachfront duplex in Calpe. Three separate balconies overlook a gorgeous stretch of coast, with the golden sands of La Fossa Beach and Calpe Rock are sprawled out before you.

Along with a sunny living/dining area and 2 comfy bedrooms, this light-filled duplex comes with Wi-Fi, private parking (attention: parking valid for small or medium size car) and Airco. Not that you’ll really need a car - everything in the local area is within walking distance, including shops, bars and restaurants.

Located within the upscale“Topacio IV”residence, you’ll also get access to a communal pool and a kids’ pool as well as direct access to the beach.

The Inside Space: On the ground floor, a contemporary living/dining area feels bright and spacious with cool white tiles and lots of natural light. A cushioned-scattered couch offers a comfy spot to lounge, while the nearby dining area has a wooden table that seats six. From this open living space, sliding glass doors open out onto the main terrace.

Nearby, the apartment’s compact kitchen comes with a hob, oven, microwave, dish washer and coffee maker, with essential pantry items available for whipping up quick meals. The ground floor also has a bathroom with a stand up shower and a bedroom with 2 single beds.

On the first floor, the stylish master bedroom with a double bed comes with dreamy sea views, gorgeously framed through large balcony doors. This bedroom have access to a fully tiled bathroom with a shower/tub combo.

With padded chairs and an outdoor dining table, you can enjoy lazy breakfasts while watching the waves lap against the shore. Enjoy a spot of sunbathing in the afternoons, then pour a chilled pitcher of sangria just in time for sunset.

You can also soak up sea views from a further two balconies, located off the apartment’s bedrooms.

The Surrounding Area: With a fabulous location right beside La Fossa beach, you might be content to spend your whole holiday stretched out beside the sea. And with local shops, supermarkets and restaurants a short walk away, everything needed for an easy-breezy getaway is close to hand.

Calpe town centre is also just an 5-minute drive away. Along with a great shopping district, Calpe’s walled old town is worth a visit to wander among its historic Spanish architecture, including a beautiful 15th-century church.

For spectacular views of Calpe, hike or climb to the summit of Peñón de Ifac. Just 10 minutes by car, this “Gibraltar-like” cliff face rises 332 m above the Mediterranean, and it’s also home to a variety of wildlife and rare local plants.

Very nice property, perfectly located on beach front with super views. Apartment was easy to fine and presented nicely. Furniture and fittings quite basic but ok and very little storage space for clothes in the upstairs bedroom and only had two sun beds on the balcony which is not really enough for four people. Parking comes with the property in form of a lockable garage but be aware you will only get a fairly small car it to it. We had a Citroen Berlingo which you could not get in without a great deal of difficulty so left it on the road. Plenty of on road parking at this time of the year, might be more difficult in the summer. Overall a very good value apartment in a great location. Close to supermarket and many small restaurants and shops and bus stop right outside on the main road. Perfect for beach lovers and those wanting to tour the local area. Owner and agent very accommodating with a few small problems dealt with quickly and efficiently, would definitely recommend.

El apartamento está muy bien. Se corresponde con las fotos. La recogida de llaves fue muy mala puesto que había mucha gente y poco personal atendiendo y estuvimos una hora y la zona no tiene buen aparcamiento. El día de entrada mandé un correo porque no había tostadora tal y como pone en la descripción y no me contestaron. Al día siguiente mandé un whassap al propietario y me respondió que iba a comentarlo con la inmobiliaria. No ha habido ninguna contestación. Creemos que sería necesario un poco más de vajilla diaria: ensaladera, fuente y algún vaso y plato más.
