Saona Villas presents this beautiful holiday villa with its private swimming pool located in Calpe (Costa Blanca) for 6 people. It benefits from 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms spread over one level.

An ideal villa to enjoy the proximity to beaches and shops. It is only 850 m from the nearest cove and 1.6 km from the fine sandy beach. The nearest restaurant is 170 m away and the supermarket is 1 km away.

Fully equipped kitchen (with ceramic hob, Fridge - Freezer, Oven, Microwave, Dishwasher, Coffee maker, Toaster). 1 double bedroom (with a double bed). 1 double bedroom (with 2 single beds). 1 double bedroom (with a double bed, air conditioning). 1 bathroom (adjoining). 1 shower room.

Outside: Fenced plot. Private swimming pool 8 x 4 m with Roman steps and outdoor shower. Barbecue. Laundry room with washing machine. Parking for 2 cars on the plot.
