Saona Villas presents this pleasant villa with air conditioning located just 5 minutes walk from the center of Calpe and enjoying its private swimming pool.

The entire accommodation is located upstairs while the ground floor remains closed and unoccupied during the rental period. The villa has a total of 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The house offers air conditioning in 3 of its bedrooms as well as WiFi Internet connection. It is located just 5 minutes' walk from the center of Calpe, a small seaside town which has become a popular tourist center, with its immense beaches and its large choice of restaurants, bars and shops, spread across the along the promenade.

Location and approximate distances: Beach 2 km away. Town center 1.5 km. Supermarket and restaurant 1 km away.

Upstairs (approximately 140 m²): Living/dining room with satellite TV + DVD, which opens onto a balcony with table and chairs and a beautiful view of the famous rock of Calpe: the “Peñon de Ifach”. Equipped kitchen (gas hob, oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker, microwave). 1 bedroom (2 single beds) + air conditioning. 2 bedrooms (1 double bed each) + air conditioning. 1 bedroom (2 bunk beds). 2 bathrooms.

Outside: Enclosed plot with trees. Beautiful private swimming pool of 8 x 4 meters with internal steps + deckchairs. Large outdoor terraces, covered and uncovered, garden furniture. Barbecue built. Parking space for several cars.

ALL INCLUSIVE / except: Deposit: €800 / stay by credit card or in cash (deposit debited and returned approximately 1 week after departure, provide a RIB for reimbursement if you pay in cash).
